About AYR – Are you Ready? Feel the world
Are You Ready Photos is a group that puts up the best of photographers and photographs.Its aim is to portray the world through its places, people, in the beauty of its most extraordinary events.
AYR’s library is an archive in progress, daily enriched with works coming from all over the world.
There are already thousands of images at disposal for being licensed in different sizes.Are You Ready Photos publishes also an online magazine that is a meeting “place”, and also a high visibility show-case for the works of photographers that find in it a highlight besides a way towards media, publishing companies, ad agencies, galleries and museums all over the world.
To get in touch with such realities will be a strictly personal affair: it is the AYR phototographer to handle personally each kind of relationship or contract, except for the case of a different agreement defined with AYR previously.Besides the members’ photos, AYR gives space to some special photo collections and to particularly prestigious non-members works.
AYR’s photographers agree to submit their works to publishers and to experts of the cultural and commercial fields.AYR invites you to visit the space dedicated to the most prestigious members.
Besides showing single images, AYR group also gives space to a selection of photographic narration sets.
Licence for the images
Use agreements are ruled by a “licence to reproduce” which involves the payment of a royalty.
Only the author has the authority to allow the downloading of a certain image, defining personally and previously the “licence to reproduce” and the royalties.
The licence granted by the author has priority above all.

Are You Ready Photos è un gruppo fotografico che accoglie l’eccellenza di fotografi e fotografie.Il suo obiettivo è ritrarre il mondo, raccontarlo nei suoi luoghi, nei suoi popoli, nella bellezza dei suoi più straordinari eventi.
La libreria di AYR è un archivio in progress, aggiornato quotidianamente con lavori provenienti da tutto il mondo.Già migliaia sono le immagini online disponibili per licenze nei più diversi formati.Are You Ready Photos ha un proprio online magazine, “luogo” di incontro e confronto, ma anche di grande qualificata visibilità per le opere dei fotografi che vi trovano occasione di valorizzazione oltreché un canale verso media e stampa, case editrici, agenzie pubblicitarie, gallerie e musei di tutto il mondo.
I contatti con tali realtà sono strettamente personali: è il fotografo AYR a gestire direttamente ogni tipo di rapporto o contratto, fatta salva la diversa volontà dell’autore esplicitamente e precedentemente concordata.Oltre ai lavori dei fotografi membri, AYR Photos ospita alcune collezioni speciali e mette a disposizione spazi, previo accordo, anche ai non membri.
I fotografi AYR accettano di sottoporre le proprie opere agli operatori dei settori editoriale, commerciale e culturale.
AYR Photos invita a visitare gli spazi dedicati ai membri più prestigiosi.Oltre alle singole immagini AYR group offre anche una selezione di pacchetti di funzionalità narrativa.
Licenza delle immagini
Tutti gli accordi d’uso sono oggetto di una ‘licenza di riprodurre’ una data immagine, che sarà oggetto di un compenso adeguato.Solo l’autore può autorizzare a scaricare una immagine, concordandone personalmente e preventivamente la ‘licenza di riprodurre’ ed i relativi diritti.Ha valore primario la licenza impostata dall’autore.
